Undergraduates
The Unit of Nutrition and Dietetic Studies along with the School of Biological Sciences, Dublin Institute of Technology jointly offers a full-time undergraduate programme leading to the award of a B.Sc. degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (with honors classification). The course is designed to provide an integrated education in the science of nutrition and its application to human health and well-being both at the individual and community level. Graduates will be eligible to apply for posts to work in the clinical setting as professional dietitians. The course also provides a foundation for work in industry, academia and public health.
Please note that the B.Sc. degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics has recently been reviewed. The new programme is 4 years full-time.
